Jakub graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Comenius University; he passed the postgraduate exam at the Faculty of Law of the University of Trnava. After finishing his studies, he worked in corporate sphere and then he moved to advocacy, where he has been working since 2019. In 2021, he passed the professional trustee examination and is registered in the list of trustees held by Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic. He mainly deals with insolvency law and dispute resolution agenda.

Dominika is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the Pan-European University in Bratislava. During her university studies, she worked as a legal assistant with a focus on commercial law, and later as a paralegal, she gained experience mainly in the field of insolvency, civil and corporate law.<\/p>

Mgr. Jozef Maruniak<\/span><\/span><\/h4>
Jozef graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Trnava in 2004. After finishing his studies, he started working as a paralegal, where he devoted himself to the commercial law agenda with a focus on insolvency law. He is a registered attorney since 2008. In 2011, professional trustee examination and is registered in the list of trustees held by Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic. He focuses mainly on insolvency law and litigation.<\/p>
